This Distance Sale Contract ("Contract") is entered into to govern the relationship between Summer Breeze AR ("Store") and the purchaser ("Buyer") in relation to products purchased through the Summer Breeze AR online store. The Contract is subject to the applicable laws of Turkey.

Parties

The parties to this Contract are the Summer Breeze AR store and the Buyer. The Buyer is the person who orders the product from the online store.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Contract, the following definitions shall apply:

1. "Product" means the items that the Buyer has ordered through the Summer Breeze AR online store.

2. " Summer Breeze Ar's online store" means the website operated by the Seller through which the Buyer has placed their order.

3. "Delivery address" means the address provided by the Buyer for the delivery of the products.

4. "Order" means the Buyer's order for the products placed through the Summer Breeze Ar’s online store.

Order and Payment

The Buyer shall place their order for the products through the Summer Breeze Ar's online store. The Buyer shall make payment for the products at the time of placing the order. Summer Breeze AR shall not be obligated to fulfill any orders until payment has been received.

Delivery

The Summer Breeze AR online store shall use reasonable efforts to deliver the products to the delivery address provided by the Buyer within the timeframe indicated on the online store. Summer Breeze AR shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events outside of their control.

Returns and Refunds

The Buyer may return the products to the Store within 14 days of delivery, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging. The Summer Breeze AR store shall issue a refund to the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Warranties and Liabilities

Summer Breeze AR warrants that the products shall be of satisfactory quality and fit their intended purpose. The store shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Buyer's use of the products, except where such loss or damage is caused by the Summer Breeze AR negligence or breach of this Contract.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Summer Breeze AR is located (Turkey). Any disputes arising under this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.

By placing an order and purchasing from the Summer Breeze AR store, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract in full without interpretation or distortion, and agrees to any changes and additions published with this agreement in the future.
