Delivery Policy

At Summer Breeze  AR, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our delivery policy carefully.

Order Confirmation:

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and that we have started the preparation procedures.

In order to keep you informed of all the latest updates on your order, we will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the shipment status by logging into your account or by clicking on the shipping company's tracking number sent in the email.

Delivery Time:

All goods displayed on our website come with an estimated delivery time. We aim to deliver your order with as few shipments as possible, but please note that in some cases, goods may be delivered separately.

Delivery Methods:

We ship all orders from our warehouses via Express or a regular delivery service from one of our shipping service providers. One of our shipping service providers will deliver your order directly to your door or business within the usual working hours and days in your country.

You can also collect your order from the nearest office of one of our shipping service providers. All you have to do is make sure you have the tracking number for your shipment.

Delivery Arrangements:

In most cases, one of our shipping service providers will contact you to arrange a delivery date for the shipment. If you are not available at the time of delivery of the shipment, a card will be left with the date on which you can receive the shipment, or you can arrange another date for redelivery.

Delivery Charges:

The shipping price of an order varies according to the country, the type of shipping, and the value of the order. As the value of your order increases, the shipping cost is reduced. You can find out the shipping rates before checkout.

 Please note that delivery charges cover the delivery service only. Summer Breeze AR does not bear any customs duties imposed by your country.

Customs Duties:

Some countries impose customs duties and taxes on the import of goods from abroad. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer because customs duties vary from country to another. You may be contacted by one of our shipping service providers to obtain a copy of your ID in order to complete customs procedures.
