Returns and Refunds
At Summer Breeze AR, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and in such cases, we are happy to offer our customers the option to return their purchases for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
RETURNS
We accept returns for any reason within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Customercare@summerbreezear.com for return details. Once you receive the details, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for damaged, soiled, altered, or missing items that came with the product, or any products purchased during a finale sale (discounted by more than 50%) are also not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCEPTIONS
If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at the customer service number provided below to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Please note that due to variations in computer monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the products displayed on our website will match the actual colors of the products.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Please note that we are unable to refund any duties or taxes paid to the government on arrival for any returned items. Additionally, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
